CarrominoPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Carromino mobile game (“the app”) handles and why. The app is published by Ashish S Kumar under the name Velra Tech (“we”, “us”).
The short version
- You don’t need an account. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- The app collects no personal data and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
1. Information stored on your device
The app saves your level progress, stars, hints and settings (sound, haptics, reduced motion) in its private storage on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
If Android’s backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this game data in your device backup so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under your account’s backup settings, not by us, and you can turn it off in your device settings.
2. No advertising, analytics or purchases
This version of the app contains no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and it has no servers of its own. It does not use your advertising ID.
3. Permissions
The app needs no special permissions. It doesn’t request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files, and it works offline.
4. Future changes
If a future version adds advertising, analytics or other services that handle data, we will update this policy, and the store’s data safety information, before that version is released.
5. Children
Carromino is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you have concerns, contact us and we will help.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We don’t store personal information about you on any systems of our own. Data saved by the app is removed when you uninstall it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because the app collects no personal data, we hold none about you. For any question, or to raise a grievance, email us at hello@velra.tech. We aim to reply within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app’s release notes.
